Dr Martin Godfrey has over 25 years experience working in the health sector. His key areas of expertise lie in the areas of nutriceutical and pharmaceutical research, and marketing communications. Martin works with a team of PhDs who in turn are focussed on developing robust, clinical and in vitro research in partnership with leading academic centres around the world. The team has so far published 5 original papers in peer review journals and have a healthy pipeline of studies in progress.

Dr Godfrey joined Minerva Research Labs four years ago having worked previously in medical and marketing communications companies such as Ogilvy and Mather and Hill and Knowlton.

His expertise in the field developed through his work first with Raisio in Finland, then McNeil (J&J) in the development and scientific communication of Benecol in Europe.

Martin now writes and lectures regularly on anti-ageing and aesthetics, most recently authoring a series of leaders in the Aesthetics Journal.

Martin qualified in medicine at Birmingham University.
