Dr. Michael Scheflan was board certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He was certified in the same specialties in Israel. Dr. Scheflan is an ISAPS Professor of Plastic Surgery.Trained in Albert Einstein, Mount Sinai, Harvard and Emory Universities in the States. Practicing in Tel Aviv Israel, in solo private practice, where he served as the president of the Israel Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Scheflan’s main fields of interest were: Aesthetic and Reconstructive Breast Surgery, Facial Rejuvenation and Body Contouring, both through surgery and non-invasive techniques, and the clinical use of fat and Adipose Derived Stem Cells.Dr. Scheflan is the author of numerous scientific articles, chapters and books in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
