Michal Charytonowicz, MD - certified plastic surgeon, Co-owner of the largest Polish plastic surgery clinic Szczyt-Charytonowicz, Konstancin.
 
Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Wroclaw Medical University. Completed his specialization in general surgery at the General Surgery Department of the MSWiA Hospital in Wroclaw and at the Minimally Invasive Surgery Department of the Teaching Hospital in Wroclaw. Achieved plastic surgery residency at Eastern Poland Burn Treatment and Reconstructive Center.
 
During his professional career Charytonowicz has been working at the Plastic Surgery Department of Prof. Orłowski Hospital in Warsaw as a Senior Resident. He has also held the Research and Teaching Assistant position  at the Plastic Surgery Department of the Postgraduate Medical Training Centre in Warsaw for three years. In 2015 Michał Charytonowicz joined the team of Marek Szczyt’s Plastic Surgery Clinic. In 2019 Dr Charytonowicz and Dr Szczyt lunched plastic surgery hospital in Konstancin and entered European market with the brand WarsawAesthetic. In 2024 Dr Daria i Michał Charytonowicz created WeAesthetic – estetic medicin and laser treatment clinic in Warsaw. 
 
He gain an experience in leading plastic surgery centers such as Akademikliniken in 
Stockholm,  Villa Bella Clinic of Giovanni Botti, Salo, Italy, Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery of the University Hospital Ghent, Belgium and many others in Europe and United States. 
 
Author of publications and conference lectures from the field of plastic surgery and treatment of burns. For many years he has been regularly participating in local and international courses and has become a Member of Polish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery and of Polish Society for Burn Treatment.
