Dear Dr It is my opinion that given the research of Dr. Phillip Scherer of UTSW on dermal white adipose tissue and the number of published scientific works on the regenerative action of PRP and its exosomes (which must be autologous, all others are not exosomes), the biostimulant action of adipose tissue with its stem cells, Stem cell exosomes, and their application leave no doubt that the essential treatments in vulvovaginal atrophy should be bioregeneration in search of the physiological recovery of tissues and not generate treatments that produce fibrous scars.

New devices and techniques and procedures are interesting. Highly controlled double blind placebo-controlled studies are needed to prove the clinical benefits of these products and procedures.
