I have been doing Endoscopic Brow lifting and Contouring for a while now, a total of Approximately 50 cases , and I have been lucky not to have any Sort of nerve damage; not Even a transient one , and of course I am not as experienced as Dr.Jay Calvert ( Im a big fan of him btw ) but I guess the reason for this diminished incidence of Neuropathy is that I have never used the Traditional endoscopic periosteal elevators below the Upper border of the Zygomatic Arch , instead I use the Blunt dissection rods Aka Viterbo Rods ( the ones with the blue Grips) immediately after I release the Superior and lateral portions of the Orbital Retaining ligaments .
