Abstract

Objectives: SPREAD the importance of treating all our patients comprehensively, understanding that aesthetic IMPROVEMENT is absolutely related and enhanced with diet, nutritional supplementation IN CONJUNCTION with the medical procedure, since it enhances the results in patients. CONVEY the importance of women's sexual health at all ages as a quality of life and health. Comprehensive = Nutrition + Medical treatment (PLLA) + Sexuality = Quality of life and Health Introduction: The etymology of the word integral means "comprising all the aspects necessary to be complete." And women often take care of our general aesthetics and having achieved it we are not always complete, why? because sexuality can be affected for many reasons, aging being a very important one. Sexuality is health and quality of life at all ages and it is our responsibility as doctors to question and think about our patients as a whole. It's time to think about them from head to toe. Materials / method: The administration of 5 vials of PLLA was carried out in a single session. 1 at the facial level with a triple anchor marking technique with a 22G cannula, then at the cervical level with lateral claw marking with retroinjection and fan technique with a 22g cannula and 27G needle, then the anteromedial region of both arms was approached with a mixed cannula technique. 22g and 27g needle, 1 vial for supraumbilical abdominal region with 22g cannula and the last vial in Labia majora of Vulva with 22g cannula retroinjection technique and Vagina with 4-inch 27g needle in tension band technique. Results: in the quality of the skin of the face, neck, arms and abdomen: very notable decrease in flaccidity, at rest and dynamic, absolute disappearance of fine wrinkles, increase in Changes, Hydration, luminosity, homogenization of the skin achieving absolute rejuvenation from a glogaw of 4 to 2.
