Abstract

Objectives: PRP can be used for the treatment of chronic gynecological and reproductive diseases. For example, at 37 years old, the ovary has about 450 scars from ovulation. During aging and ovarian resistance, there are fewer granulose cells and fewer antral follicles. Introduction: The cortex of the ovary is formed by the stroma, a connective-like tissue with many cells compared to the extracellular matrix, and it has few reticular and collagen fibers. The medulla is the innermost area of the ovary, surrounded by the cortex. Women begin the loss of collagen in their bodies earlier than men. Materials / method: This is due to the decrease in hormone levels, which accelerates collagen degradation. For menopausal women, collagen is almost absent in the ovarian cortex and vagina. At this point, the injection of PRP in the ovarian is essential. Results: Purpose: To investigate the impact of a 3-month course of intracortical injections of autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) plus exosomes platelets derivates upon ovarian reserve markers versus no intervention in women with low ovarian reserve before undergoing assisted reproductive technology (ART) Conclusion: Conclusion PRP injections are effective and safe for improving markers of low ovarian reserve before ART.
