The bilateral demonstrations is very interesting to view in particular watching the course of the 25G cannula in the medial fat pad superficial to start with then finishing deep at the tear trough - great demonstration

A bit confusing. What product and how much. Deep medial fat pad or periost. Great result though.

Excellent! I’ve been through various anatomy workshop but I think this video course is clearer and more beneficial to me as Dr Ascher and Sebastian point out the relevant Anatomy in relation to the clinical injections, blow by blow, while Phillip shows the anatomic structures in the Cadaver. And if you miss some points youcan always rewind and listen. Just loved it!

It's very useful video with clear explanation of danger zones we should avoid while injecting fillers.

Regarding Dr Hedding live model demonstration I have my serious doubt how safe his approach is. I’m afraid he was not clear on that. Also comment on cannula that it is a trend and that he uses them upon patient request is quite worrying to me, although I do not condem use of needles in any areas as long as it’s safe as this is to do with experience and preferences of the practitioner. I think the cadaver demonstration was way better and more explanatory, pointing the safe injection techniques.
