Objectives: To get information about complication-treatments

Introduction: Following the fact, that we have to deal with an enormous increasing number of complications following non-surgical aesthetic treatments we decided to create a platform to provide immediate help for colleagues who report complications on this platform. This group, which is part of the IMCAS Academy, stands for improving safety and education on an outstanding high level. IMCAS Alert group counts over 200 experts from countries all over the world. All of those in these project-involved colleagues are key opinion leaders and the world´s most famous experts and best-known speakers.

Materials / method: 4 different injectables-complication cases will be presented and discussed. A summary will guide to the best possible treatment options.

Results: Until now, nearly all the presented cases could be solved.

Conclusion: IMCAS alert is an information platform as well as a learning tool, which helps colleagues to deal with problems, or to sharpen the awareness, to minimize the risk of complications.
