Objectives: to show the advantages and how to do of the GBL browlift and others atipic forehead approachs.
The GBL, or Viterbo technique is done using small incisions , less than one cm, to detach the skin of the forehead from the hairline untill the brow and lift it using temporary sutures taking the skin and the muscle. The small incision and the consistent outcome are the main attractives of this procedure.
Some atipic approachs to lift the brow also presented.

Objectives: To share key practical tips for upper eyelid blepharoplasty that improve surgical precision, enhance aesthetic results, and reduce complications. Following these strategies helps ensure a smoother surgical process and optimized patient outcomes.

Introduction: Upper eyelid surgery is one of the most common facial aesthetic procedures. Despite its frequency, subtle variations in technique can significantly influence outcomes. This presentation highlights pearls gathered from experience that help refine results and increase patient satisfaction.

Materials / method: Tips for minimizing postoperative bruising, achieving symmetry, and preventing overcorrection are emphasized.

Results: Applying these strategies consistently has led to improved surgical accuracy, reduced recovery time, and greater aesthetic harmony. Patient satisfaction has increased, with fewer complications and revisions noted over a 12-month follow-up period.

Conclusion: Success in upper eyelid surgery depends on meticulous technique and attention to detail. The tips presented offer practical enhancements that support better functional and cosmetic outcomes, reaffirming that small refinements make a significant impact.

Objectives: To help the practitioner achieve lasting aesthetic brow enhancement

Introduction: Brow aesthetics are important aspects of overall facial rejuvenation.

Materials / method: An understanding of the aesthetic goals, the indications for surgery, different options and current approaches were evaluated.

Results: Brow aesthetics is individualized with some preferring a more heightened and laterally accentuated brow, while others are looking for natural aesthetic improvements. The role of peri-orbital fat grafting is discussed and a sub-periosteal or subcutaneous "Marionette" Browlift is presented.

Conclusion: Three dimensional aesthetic evaluation of the brow and careful understanding of the patients goals are critical to the outcome. Techniques are varied. One technique that has provided long term results in 80 percent of patients is the Marionette Browlift, which permits selective adjustment of the brow through a minimally invasive approach.

Objectives: Eye-lids reconstruction is extremely challenging surgery.
Sub-cutaneous Blepharoplasty : after a huge dissection under the skin and over the muscle, which allow to remove until three centimeters of skin, giving a great results .
The reconstruction of the inferior eyelids by frontals flaps, rotation flap or Skin grafts.
