Priority Points Criteria

The Priority Point System is designed to reward exhibitor loyalty and the level of support provided, while ensuring fairness, transparency, and consistency in the allocation of exhibition space. In essence, the more priority points an exhibitor earns, the greater their access to premium exhibit spaces and associated benefits.

PRIORITY POINT SELECTION PROCESS

  • Priority Group Assignment
    • Exhibitors are assigned to a Priority Group seven months prior to the relevant conference.
    • Online floor plans will become available following this assignment.
  • Application & Allocation
    • Applications submitted by the Priority Group deadline with the required deposit will be processed according to:
      • Priority points (highest to lowest)
      • Tie-breaker: Date and time of application submission
  • Payment Terms
    • For online applications, an invoice is issued immediately.
    • Deposits must be paid within 72 hours; failure to pay within this timeframe will:
      • Release the reserved products/space
      • Deduct the related priority points
  • Payment Default
    • Any default in payment results in:
      • A zero credit rating
      • Immediate suspension of your company’s ordering rights for any IMCAS congress
