The Priority Point System is designed to reward exhibitor loyalty and the level of support provided, while ensuring fairness, transparency, and consistency in the allocation of exhibition space. In essence, the more priority points an exhibitor earns, the greater their access to premium exhibit spaces and associated benefits.

Priority Point Group is assigned based on Priority Points a company has accumulated since January 2015. The Priority Point Range for each group is different for each congress and year to adapt the growing pace of all members listed in the PPS groups.

Please note that PPS group rankings are finalized one month prior to the opening of the booking preview mode. This early announcement is designed to ensure transparency, visibility, and proper planning.
Each PPS group includes a limited number of companies, based on predefined thresholds, and cannot be adjusted retroactively. Last-minute changes cannot be accommodated at this stage.
All investments in IMCAS. events and products should be made as part of a structured, long-term company strategy and not as a last-minute effort to gain PPS points.
