Important Notes
- Cancellations do not earn priority points.
- Brands under the same company are not counted individually; all points go to the registered exhibiting company.
- Distributors exhibiting under their own company name cannot inherit points from the exhibitors they represent.
- Points are allocated only after the congress concludes and cannot be purchased.
- Full payment without actual exhibiting does not qualify for priority points.
- The exclusive PPS points allocation for international congresses, such as IMCAS Americas, IMCAS Asia, and IMCAS China, was introduced in January 2026. Prior to this date, all congresses followed the PPS points allocation system of IMCAS World Congress.

Please note that PPS group rankings are finalized one month prior to the opening of the booking preview mode. This early announcement is designed to ensure transparency, visibility, and proper planning.
Each PPS group includes a limited number of companies, based on predefined thresholds, and cannot be adjusted retroactively. Last-minute changes cannot be accommodated at this stage.
All investments in IMCAS. events and products should be made as part of a structured, long-term company strategy and not as a last-minute effort to gain PPS points.
- Mergers & Acquisitions Priority points cannot be combined in the case of mergers or acquisitions. The highest number of earned points among the involved entities will be used for space allocation.
