Resumen

Objectives: Our clinical researches on Platelets rich plasma (PRP) were in the field of: wound healing, facial and genital rejuvenation and were approved by the French medical agency and an independent ethical committee. Introduction: We will talk about the use of autologous platelet-rich plasma/thrombin gel combined with split thickness skin graft to manage post infectious skin defects, which was a randomized controlled study; on the efficacy of Autologous Platelet-rich Plasma Glue in Weight Loss Sequelae Surgery and Breast Reduction which was a controlled Prospective Study; On Efficacy of autologous platelet concentrates as adjuvant therapy to surgical excision in the treatment of keloid scars refractory to conventional treatments which was a pilot prospective study; Materials / method: on efficacy of autologous platelet-rich plasma combined with hyaluronic acid on skin facial rejuvenation which was a prospective study; on efficacy of injecting platelet concentrate combined with hyaluronic acid for the treatment of vulvovaginal dryness in post menopausal women with history of breast cancer which was a phase 2 pilot study and on the effect of PRP on the potentialization of Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSC) in cutaneous wound healing Regenerative and abilities of MSC through Mitochondria transfer. Conclusion: Our future study will be on the use on a new product which is not yet certified the crosslinked HA Cellular matrix on nasolabial fold.
