Hand rejuvenation using new hybrid product

Objetivos: We have conducted a study on the first Russian hybrid product, using collateral method. The aim of the comparative, prospective, split-design study was to evaluate the efficacy in improving the quality of the skin on the dorsum of the hand and to estimate the duration of the effect. Introducción: Aesthetic procedures using PLA and HA-based products have been used for many years with consistently high effectiveness and good tolerability. However, the duration of action, efficacy, and safety of hybrid products combining PLA and HA are still questionable Materiales / método: The implant was injected into one dorsum of the hand. This method allows you to get visual results and eliminate the influence of individual body sensitivities. The one dorsum of the hand are in the same environmental conditions, have the same skin type, and age-related changes. Eleven volunteers, nine women and two men, aged 45 to 73, participated in this study. Resultados: The results of this study suggest that even 9 months after the start of treatment, a significant difference in skin quality was observed. Apparently, new collagen gradually replaces the volume of the reabsorbed hyaluronic acid. No unpredictable serious side effects were observed during the study period; only mild, transient swelling and soreness were reported, which are common local reactions after injection. Conclusión: • A new generation of hybrid biostimulants provides not only immediate volume restoration through a gel matrix, but also a long-lasting lifting effect that accumulates over several months through fibroblast stimulation. • Studies have shown that the new hybrid products are safe and effective for more than 9 months, thanks to the synergy of hyaluronic acid and poly-L-lactic acid. • The use of new hybrid products expands the options for physicians and patients in the treatment of involutional changes in the hand skin.
