Full legs advanced contour sculpting

Objetivos: Train surgeons to “see through” the leg: a 3D, dynamic visualization of muscle and fat for reproducible HD leg marking and sculpting. Integrate photo-anatomy, fat-compartment mapping (fat pads/sub-fat pads), movement analysis, and functional aesthetics. Challenge traditional “no-touch” areas (e.g., mid-inner thigh) to achieve realistic muscle definition through strategic preservation and controlled negative spaces. Introducción: HD leg sculpting is often approached as simple fat reduction, leading to flat or unnatural contours. Legs demand a different mindset: anatomy in motion, compartmental fat behavior, and the aesthetics of grooves and negative spaces (peri-knee, iliotibial tract, mid-inner thigh). This session reframes planning from “how much to remove” to “what to preserve and shape” to reveal muscle architecture naturally. Materiales / método: Stepwise teaching protocol: (1) guided mental “X-ray” visualization of muscles + shifting fat during walking/jumping; (2) static anatomy review and compartment identification; (3) video correlation with athletic movement; (4) groove/negative-space design and HD marking schema; (5) compartment-based planning (fat pads/sub-fat pads) and targeted muscle highlighting; (6) interactive lipedema case mapping; (7) 3D scan (Bodygee) for planning/teaching; (8) clinical case review. Resultados: Attendees gain a reproducible planning framework for Total Legs/Full Legs HD: clearer identification of treatable compartments, intentional creation/preservation of negative spaces, and more anatomically “believable” definition. The paradigm shift—considering a controlled depression in the mid-inner thigh when indicated—improves contrast and muscular readability versus the classic “straight inner thigh” goal. Application is demonstrated with HD cases (including a competitive bodybuilder) and a lipedema walk-analysis case. Conclusión: High-definition leg sculpting is won in the plan, not in the cannula. Think in motion and compartments, then design grooves and negative spaces to make muscle anatomy visible. Strategic preservation (“what you leave”) consistently outperforms indiscriminate extraction (“what you remove”). Dynamic observation, compartment mapping (including lipedema patterns), and 3D tools enhance both outcomes and reproducibility for Total Legs/Full Legs HD.
