Thread lifting without complications. Main rules for safety results

Objetivos: One of the primary challenges in facial thread lifting has been the risk of complications arising from improper thread placement. We want to share our experiance how to be on the safe side. Introducción: Facial thread lifting is rapidly gaining popularity due to its minimally invasive nature and significantly reduced recovery time compared to surgical facelifting. Its ability to tighten and lift facial tissues . For instance, a PubMed report detailed a 72% increase in thread lift procedures between 2024 and 2025. Furthermore, market analyses by Grand View Research project a compound annual growth rate of 6.8% in the global aesthetic threads market from 2024 to 2030. These statistics highlight the expanding role of thread lifting as a safe and efficient alternative to surgical facelifting. Materiales / método: Nasolabial fold correction and jawline correction. Enter point in the temporal and post auricular areas, which are not visible on visual inspection after performing the manipulation. The clinical result is achieved by using a large number of threads (5 threads per vector). The minimum number of complications is achieved due to the surface installation of the threads in the superficial subcutaneous fat . The first tension vector: the enter point is located 2 cm above the auricle. The second vector: the start point is located behind the auricle in the projection of the the mastoid process. Resultados: Our anatomy-based methods leverage advanced imaging technologies that allow for precise thread placement. Such precision translates into fewer complications, reduced downtime, and increased patient satisfaction. Deep anatomy understanding , using cannula and large number of threads -10 pieces minimum per area) leading to safe results. Conclusión: The integration of anatomy-based techniques into facial thread lifting is transforming the landscape of minimally invasive cosmetic procedures. By tailoring procedures to each patient’s unique facial anatomy, clinicians are now equipped to minimize risks and improve overall outcomes. This approach not only reduces complications but also enhances recovery times, offering a practical alternative to traditional surgical facelifting.
