648 Terrible—absolutely terrible. 1- What is a "storage room" [rispostiglio] doing here? It’s highly unprofessional. 2- The patient’s preparation—simply taking off her pants—was inadequate... at times, it didn’t even look like a medical video... 3- The camera work is the worst I have ever seen!! BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY: the patient first needed liposculpture or cryolipolysis to reduce her buttocks—the cellulite (PEFS) was extremely visible!! And the adipose tissue, due to gravity, was creating "hip dips"!! Once the area was reduced to the right size, then one could have proceeded with the sculpting. Needless to say, PLLA or CaHA would have been much better solutions; HA (hyaluronic acid) has a ridiculously short duration!!
