Objectives: To present and discuss the more unusual and less familiar complications of injectables

Introduction: Every cosmetic treatment can be potentially associated with adverse effects. Some of them are well known and frequently discussed and published, while others are more "enigmatic" , less frequent and less understood.
When a physician encounters with one of those, he/she needs and assistance and support of the colleagues and a professional community, to address it in the best way possible.
I will present a bunch of such cases, that I collected in the last years from my own practice, IMVAS alert platform and publications.

Materials / method: I will be presenting cases and a group of experts on stage will discuss them trying to find the etiology and the correct clinical approach to address them.

Results: At the end I will present the course of each case with my short personal conclusion.
The audience will be invited to actively participate in the discussion

Conclusion: Open discussion always promote the professional knowledge.
