Objectives: Nanofat is a new procedure of fat grafting used as a filler for facial rejuvenation. Nanofat contains a high concentration of stem cells that plays a role in the regeneration of damaged tissues.

Introduction: Nanofat imporves wrinkles, skin elsaticity and overall the quality of skin.
This new concept can be combined with PRP for maximum skin rejuvenation effect and to improve the survival of adipocyte stem cells.

Objectives: To describe a new concept of injectable tissue replacement and regeneration as a dynamic means of replacing tissue losses with like tissues as our tissues decay. The diagnosis of facial volume loss both in soft tissue and bone will be demonstrated and the steps of the procedure will be shown in this video presentation.

Introduction: Introduction: Fat grafting has been around for over 100 years. Coleman standardized the procedure and little changed until the early 2000’s when stem and regenerative cells were identified in fat, catalyzing the resurgence of interest in both small and large volume fat grafting. One of the key components of facial aging is loss of soft tissue and bone volume. This is not a uniform process and takes place to some extent in both the deep and superficial fat compartments of the face as well as in predictable areas of the craniofacial skeleton.

Materials / method: Materials and Methods: Over the past 5 years, a new approach to facial fat grafting has been developed in which the face is dynamically analyzed over the patient’s lifetime to determine the specific areas of fat and bone loss that have occurred. The degree of tissue decay in the deep structures as well as the dermis and epithelium are evaluated and a treatment plan is devised that replaces all soft tissue and bone losses simultaneously with anatomically precise fat grafts that are placed in the region(s) of loss.

Results: Results: A 3D app has been developed to demonstrate the general technique of deep fat compartment grafting with millifat, superficial fat compartment grafting with microfat and the epithelial and dermal injection with nanofat. A video of the operative technique of ITR2 has been made to demonstrate the procedure.

Conclusion: Conclusions: As we learn to model the morphologic changes in tissues as they decay, management of facial aging is changing. New strategies such as ITR2 are designed to reduce the rate of tissue decay and restore the losses with “like” tissues placed into their proper anatomic locations once these changes become phenotypically bothersome to the patient. Tools are being designed to help the clinician see these subtle changes and understand the anatomic changes in the affected deep and superficial fat compartments and areas of bone attrition.

Objectives: Our goal is to show that microfat, nanofat grafting can be effective in theses indications. This presentation aims to present our technique, analyzing effectiveness, patient satisfaction, and complications.

Introduction: We aimed to access wether our novel microfat nanofat procedure improves skin quality, while yielding a regenerative effect, and wether this novel technique can also achieve good results in neck, decolletage, hands, and genital area with improvement of vaginal dryness, mucosa trophicity, genito-urinary symptoms of menaupose (GSM) and lost of elasticity and volume of external genitalia.

Materials / method: Patients presenting vaginal trophic disorders, atrophy of labia majora, GSM, or requested for non surgical skin rejuvenation were included.
After abdominal fat harvesting (or inner face of the knees, or thighs) and fat graft preparation, a microfat and nanofat grafting was performed in the genital area.
8 ml of microfat was injected in the labia majora and 6 ml of nanofat in the vestibul and the first 3 centimeters of the vagina wall. Nanofat was injected into the subcutneous layer at all part of the face, neck, decolletage, hands.
pH, Fridmann score and Female Sexual Distress Scale (FSD) ima

Results: 200 patients benefited from this technique.
A significative improvment of the Fridmann score, pH, and FSD scale was found for all patients of genital area, with particular benefit on dryness, pH and dyspareunia. All patients for skin rejuvenation confirmed an improvement in texture, elasticity, firmness, fine wrinkles and skin hydration with a lifting effect.
No complication were found in our study.

Conclusion: This demonstrate that functional disorders of intimate sphere and skin rejuvenation can be treated by microfat, nanofat grafting.
This autologous procedure is able to provide a very good improvement of the facial, neck, decolletage, hands skin and the genital area.
This method was effective in all patients, and required a single session.
