Excelente exposición. Conceptos claros para tratar de mitigar una problemática de aparición y evolución incierta. Todo esfuerzo es válido, mas cuando se hace con bases científicas. Muy interesante Laser Preoperatorio. LO hace tambiën en postoperatorio y de ser así en que momento?
