Objectives: The advancement of aesthetic medicine has allowed people to explore various options to improve their appearance. Among the most discussed alternatives are fillers and PLLA (polylactic acid) for penis enlargement. Although both treatments pursue the same goal, their applications and results differ significantly Introduction: The application of fillers to the penis is based on injections of substances such as hyaluronic acid or biostimulators. These materials are introduced to increase volume and improve shape. This treatment is fast and can be performed in medical offices without the need for surgery. Materials / method: This presentation will analyze the differences between the application of fillers and PLLA to the penis, highlighting their methods, effects, and duration of results. Results: The penil filler, in aesthetic clinics, many people have opted for this procedure to obtain an immediate improvement in their appearance. However, the results are temporary and may require periodic touch-ups to maintain the desired effect.PLLA acts differently, this material is a polymer that stimulates collagen production in the body. Unlike fillers, PLLA not only provides immediate enlargement, but also promotes gradual improvement over time. Conclusion: In conclusion, although both fillers and PLLA offer solutions for penis enlargement, the differences in their methods, effects, and duration are notable.The decision about which treatment to choose should be carefully considered, taking into account individual needs and the desire for long-term results.
