Objectives: A.I and digital solutions are disrupting Skincare and Haircare fields for new personalized holistic experiences. Introduction: With emerging trends in longevity, a complete change of paradigm happen in beauty industries, practicians’ activities, patients’ coaching but also purely in lifestyles or social networks expressions. A.I and tech solutions allow new accurate diagnostics from collection of biomarkers or devoted devices to understand skin or scalp resilience noticeably with exposome on point of sales to clinical assessment on smartphones. Especially in motion with expressions and movement where efficacy is essential to embrace skin issues in real life conditions. Materials / method: A pathway to global skin condition: from biological age to holistic age through functional age. Through these three levels of understanding, a real mirror of skin health span, or skin clock, is at hand. All these solutions are published and shared with scientific community. Based on published and accessible knowledge with skin changes with environment, hormonal changes, aging, or topical treatments and exhaustive highly accurate diagnostics, prescription algorithms push boundaries by merging best solutions in term of ingredient, galenic, routine, diet or specific procedure. Results: In addition, tele-expertise associated with personalized simulations become the best companions during treatment, accessible to each. Conclusion: Finally, metaverse or avatar creations are new territories to be pioneered to re-invent intimacy between skin and digital and help longevity to become reality.
