Perianal intertrigo, an inflammatory skin condition in the perianal area, can become complicated with secondary fungal infections such as Candida. In this case study, a 25-year-old female developed perianal intertrigo following systemic antibiotic use and menstrual pad application. Treatment with a combined topical therapy—triamcinolone acetonide (corticosteroid), neomycin (antibiotic), and nystatin (antifungal)—along with gentle cleansing and drying, led to complete symptom resolution within 14 days.
