Biographie
Vanessa Bird, The Aesthetic Consultant®, is an international business consultant, speaker and educator specialising in aesthetic medicine. With more than 18 years’ industry experience, she advises medical practitioners, clinic owners and leading aesthetic brands on commercial growth, business development and professional positioning.
Her consultancy combines strategic guidance with practical expertise spanning patient behaviour, ethical sales and communication, patient journey, treatment menu development, team development and commercially focused business education. She delivers consultancy and training directly to clinics, while also developing and delivering education for aesthetic brands, distributors and their practitioner networks internationally.
An international faculty speaker, Vanessa delivers business and practice management education across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North America. She is also a member of two international scientific committees, contributing to the development of practice management and business education programmes for global aesthetic medicine congresses.
Vanessa is a peer-reviewed author, a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for Aesthetic Medicine magazine and a contributor to leading industry publications. She also has a forthcoming book with Taylor & Francis focused on the business of aesthetic medicine.
