Objectives: To provide an update on non-surgical procedures which are appropriate for Asian men (Filipinos) in different age groups.

Introduction: Men have become a significant segment of the aesthetic industry. Despite the demand, men have been ignored in studies involving beauty and ageing, which focused mainly on the female face. Successful aesthetic treatments by dermatologists require medical treatment of skin diseases and a holistic approach to approach changes related to ageing. A combination of non-surgical anti-ageing modalities is often required to meet the goals and expectations by the patients. Balance and harmony are essential to achieve a favorable cosmetic outcome.

Materials / method: 20 males aged 25 to 71 (mean age=38), Jan 2019-present. All patients were initially seen because of skin diseases. The patients were classified in the following age groups: 25-34.11; 35-44.11; 45-54.11; 55-64.11; 65-75. A treatment plan was created on all patients which consists of the ff:
1. Anamnesis
2. A treatment plan for the skin condition
3. Structural assessment/Visual impact analysis was conducted which included morphology, structure, equilibrium, skin quality, wrinkles, sagginess, projection and expression.
All patients underwent non-invasive and minimally invasive procedures

Results: All patients initially presented with a skin disease. Request for aesthetic procedures started only when their skin condition has improved significantly. Patients who belong to the 25 to 34 age group requested for prejuvenation and regular rejuvenation treatments to prevent and slow down the signs of ageing, respectively . Patients in the 45 and above age group were the most challenging as changes related to ageing required a combination of aesthetic procedures. All patients expressed satisfaction on combination treatments. No serious side effects were encountered on subsequent follow-up.

Conclusion: The number of male patients seeking aesthetic treatment continuosly increase. The dermatologist should be able to create a more holistic plan which do not only address treatment of skin conditions but also enhancement of facial features, overall skin health, health lifestyle/behavior and rejuvenation

Objectives: The combined use of Calcium Hydroxyapatite (CaHA) and Hyaluronic Acid (HA) for jawline rejuvenation and beautification. The hybrid approach offers structural support, biostimulation, and volumization to achieve diverse aesthetic goals: masculinization (sharp, angular jawlines), feminization (soft, refined contours), Westernization (balanced proportions), and rejuvenation (restoring volume and definition lost with aging). Through case studies and advanced techniques, this talk demonstrates how tailored injection strategies can achieve natural, harmonious, and patient safety.

Objectives: Sexual health refers to a state of well-being that lets a man fully participate and enjoy sexual activity. A range of physical, psychological, interpersonal and social factors influence male sexual health.

Introduction: From various studies in the general population and primary care it seems that 15-20% of men describe some sort of sexual problem. The proportion of men who actually seek help is unknown. The first and crucial step in managing a sexual problem is to engage the patent with an interested and sympathetic attitude .In my experience in Aesthetic Medicine and Sexual Wellness i can see that the penis size is an important problem that concerns many men as “Bigger is better” phrase sticks in the minds of many men worldwide.

Materials / method: HA fillers are the most popular fillers because of their safety, minimal side effects and easy reversibility.P-Shot is another natural option that I perform in my practice which involves taking platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from the blood and injecting it into the penis (to promote tissue growth and give better erections). The neuromodulators can work perfectly as Penil boTox, Scrotox or Holetox.

Results: A man is often worried that his penis is not big enough to satisfy his partner or himself or ashamed that others see his penis, especially in the flaccid state. Because of these preconceptions, the demand to increase penile augmentation is high with Hyaluronic Acid (HA), Fat Transfer or Biostimulators.

Conclusion: Many men would agree with Woody Allen’s implication that their penis is their favourite organ.
Sex-wellness is an important part of male life. For many men, thinking about sex stars early, sometimes before puberty and until their final days on earth.
