Objectives: The application of ultrasound (US) in aesthetic surgery has been popularised due to its abilities to enhance pre- and intraoperative diagnostics, as well as eliminate the need for incisions, subcutaneous channels and spaces for tissue visualisation. Introduction: The increasing demand for minimally invasive austhetic procedures spurred the development of innovative techniques for rejuvenating outcomes, negating the need for extensive surgery. This study introduces a unique strategy for tissue positioning and fixation during non-invasive facelift and necklift procedures, eliminating the necessity for additional skin removal. This method employs US guidance for pre-surgical diagnosis of facial soft tissue conditions and ensures accurate tissue dissection and manipulation during the operation, as well as post-operative monitoring
Materials / method: A study involving 412 female and 27 male patients, aged between 27 and 74 was conducted. The subjects underwent noninvasive facelift and necklift procedures under US control from January 2017 to February 2025. The techniques employed included SMAS pexy and altering the positioning of facial soft tissue structures using manipulators under ultrasound guidance. Extra skin folds were moved and secured in new places. Results: Study involving 439 patients affirmed the effectiveness of US guided non-invasive facelifts and neck lifts. Of the 5% who underwent a secondary procedure, 89% were satisfied. 6% of patients experienced complications, all of which were successfully managed.
