Penile dissatisfaction due to size can significantly impact self-esteem. Minimally invasive techniques like hyaluronic acid (HA) injections gained popularity for penile augmentation. HA injections show promise in improving girth and length, addressing issues like the small penis syndrome and Peyronie's disease.

Materials / method: Methodology:

Patients underwent penile augmentation with hyaluronic acid. Injections were administered under the Dartos fascia using predetermined volumes. The technique involved dermal filling using multiphasic, 100% cross-linked hyaluronic acid with a high G-prime, applied circumferentially under the Dartos fascia. This filler, produced with R2 technology, was administered at a ratio of 2.09 ml/cm, supplemented by 0.46 ml/cm of filler produced with IPN-Like Technology. Results: Results

The procedure utilizing hyaluronic acid injections for penile augmentation yielded highly satisfactory outcomes. Patient-reported data indicated significant contentment post-intervention.
Prior to the procedure, a patient presented with a flaccid penile length of 4.3 cm and diameter of 2,4 cm. There was a notable increase to 7.8 cm in length and 3.5 cm in diameter observed when the penis was flaccid. Importantly, no adverse events were observed, and the patient did not report any functional complaints.

Expanding understanding and practice of genital aesthetic procedures with hyaluronic acid injections is essential. By better studying efficacy, safety, and patient satisfaction, this technique emerges as a highly promising option. In conclusion, these procedures represent a valuable contribution to male sexual health and patient quality of life.

Objectives: To assess the outcomes of combining labial fat grafting with vaginoplasty as a comprehensive approach for improving genital aesthetics, restoring functionality, and addressing patient concerns related to self-confidence and sexual well-being.

Introduction: Female aging is associated with numerous physical and hormonal changes that impact the entire body, including the external genitalia and vaginal tissues. This leads to thinning of tissues, reduced elasticity, decreased collagen production, and loss of fat volume in the labia majora. Consequently, women may experience vaginal dryness, laxity, sexual dissatisfaction, and aesthetic concerns. These changes often diminish self-confidence and strain intimate relationships. Addressing these concerns through surgical and aesthetic interventions has therefore become an essential aspect of care.

Materials / method: A total of 15 patients underwent combined vaginoplasty and labial fat grafting based on clinical assessments of vaginal laxity and labial skin wrinkling.
1.Vaginoplasty
Vaginal laxity was corrected through reconstructive surgical techniques tailored to address the specific defects identified in each patient.
2.Fat Harvesting
Fat was aspirated from the lower abdominal area using the liposuction technique. The harvested fat was then processed to create micro fat for grafting.

Results: Patients reported improved sexual satisfaction along with a rejuvenated and more youthful appearance of the genital area. Additionally, they expressed enhanced self-confidence and high satisfaction with the aesthetic outcomes of the procedure.

Conclusion: Understanding patients’ concerns and raising awareness about available treatment options, including advancements in techniques, provide effective solutions to help women maintain comfort, confidence, and quality of life as they age.

Objectives: To evaluate the safety, feasibility, and clinical outcomes of fractional thermal–mechanical resurfacing for treating dyschromia, roughness, and rhytides in the areola and labia majora. Attendees will learn about treatment protocols, patient-reported outcomes, and how AI-assisted image analysis compares with physician-based assessments in aesthetic evaluation of sensitive anatomical regions.

Introduction: While fractional thermal–mechanical resurfacing is established for facial rejuvenation, its application to sensitive areas like the areola and labia majora remains largely unexplored. This study investigates the safety and efficacy of such technology in addressing dyschromia, textural irregularities, and rhytides in these regions.

Materials / method: Eight patients with areolar or labial aesthetic concerns received three sessions of fractional thermal–mechanical resurfacing at monthly intervals. Standardized photographs were taken at baseline, after each treatment, and at a six-month follow-up. Blinded investigators assessed improvements in pigmentation, texture, and wrinkles using a quartile scale. Patient satisfaction was measured through structured surveys. AI-assisted image analysis was used to quantify pigmentation, roughness, and fine lines, and compared with physician-based evaluations.

Results: Clinical evaluation revealed noticeable improvements in pigmentation, skin texture, and wrinkle reduction in the treated areas following the three treatment sessions. At the six-month follow-up, the aesthetic enhancements were maintained relative to the pre-treatment baseline, demonstrating a sustained benefit. No significant adverse events were observed.

Conclusion: Fractional thermal–mechanical resurfacing demonstrates promise as a safe and effective modality for aesthetic enhancement of the areola and labia majora. The observed improvements in skin tone and texture, coupled with sustained results at six months, suggest that this modality can be a valuable tool for addressing aesthetic concerns in these less commonly treated areas. Further controlled studies with larger cohorts are warranted.
