Objectives: Creation of a hybrid protocol for scar correction. The protocol must be effective and safe.
Introduction: Relevance: A large number of pathological conditions, including scars, are associated with changes in the quality and quantity of collagen fibers in the skin. The possibility of predictable bioregulation of the process of producing new collagen fibers in response to various types of cosmetology techniques is a task facing practicing cosmetologists.
Materials / method: Injections of poly-L-lactic acid and native high-molecular acid to a certain depth into the area of atrophic scars at one level, during one patient visit.
Results: The results of the developed protocol revealed a common trend for all patients: reduced rehabilitation periods, the formation of clinical results in a shorter time compared to mono-protocols, a reduction in the number of patient visits to the clinic, a high patient satisfaction profile.
Conclusion: Hybrid protocols are characterized by safety and predictable effectiveness in complex scar correction programs.
