1.1. Como eu faço para criar e ativar minha conta?

Você pode criar uma conta aqui de graça em alguns minutos:
-Preencha as informações necessárias e escolha um e-mail e sua senha
-Você vai receber um e-mail com um link para ativar sua conta (não esqueça de verificar suas spams)

ATENÇÃO: se você já teve uma conta no passado ou se já participou em um congress da IMCAS, você já tem uma conta IMCAS! Evite criar uma nova conta, pois isso substituirá o histórico da sua conta anterior. Em vez disso, mande um mensagem para support@imcas.com e indique seu nome completo, sua especialidade e país de residência.

1.2. Quais são os benefícios de ter uma conta de membro?

Ter uma conta no IMCAS permite que você:
-Gerencie sua participação em qualquer evento IMCAS (cadastrar-se, carta de confirmação, faturas e certificados de participação)
-Gerencie seu plano de adesão IMCAS (subscrever, atualize ou cancelo o plano, baixa a fatura)
-Gerencie o envio de seus resumos para qualquer evento IMCAS
-Acesse o IMCAS.live, o aplicativo do congresso que oferece recursos práticos quando você participa de um evento IMCAS e onde são publicadas as reproduções das sessões
-Acesse os recursos da IMCAS Academy (webinars semanais, podcasts Doc Talk, a videotex, a revisit Insider)
-Acesse os recursos da IMCAS Community (fórum IMCAS Alert, o Blog)
-Configurar suas preferências de notificação por e-mail para receber as últimas notícias e atualizações sobre os temas que lhe interessam

Não, essa informações nunca são divulgadas online.

2. Membership program

2.1. O que é o Programa de Adesão IMCAS ?

Criado por médicos, para médicos, IMCAS está mais uma vez redefinindo a educação médica com uma adesão que oferece formação contínua e acesso direto a congressos durante todo o ano.

O Programa de Adesão IMCAS é feito de 4 planos de assinatura para diferentes orçamentos, que oferecem acesso a educação médica premium online na IMCAS Academy, nossa plataforma de e-learning, e oportunidades de congressos :

-IMCAS Basic (gratuito): este plano só requer a criação de uma conta no site IMCAS. Ele dá acesso a webinars semanais ao vivo, podcasts, edições da revista, ao blog e ao fórum IMCAS Alert.

-IMCAS Essential (40€): este plano dá acesso à biblioteca completa de vídeos da IMCAS Academy, com 5.000 conferências e demonstrações dos últimos congressos da IMCAS. E essencial para assistir a qualquer sessão de congresso que você possa ter perdido e ver especialistas internacionais revelarem suas dicas e truques !

-IMCAS Premium (80€): este plano dá acesso à biblioteca completa de vídeos da IMCAS Academy e aos congressos regionais da IMCAS, como IMCAS Americas, IMCAS Asia ou IMCAS China, seja presencialmente ou virtualmente. Este plano tem um período de compromisso de 12 meses.

-IMCAS Infinite (150€): este plano dá acesso à biblioteca completa de vídeos da IMCAS Academy, aos congressos regionais IMCAS e ao principal evento, o congresso Mundial, com reserva antecipada para evitar que os ingressos se esgotem. Este plano tem um período de compromisso de 12 meses.

2.2. Como posso me cadastrar no Programa de Adesão ?

É necessário ter uma conta IMCAS para se cadastrar no Programa de Adesão.

Se você ainda não participou de nenhum evento IMCAS, pode criar sua conta rapidamente aqui.

Caso contrário, provavelmente você já possui uma conta. Se tiver perdido seus dados de acesso, envie uma mensagem para recuperar suas credenciais pelo formulário de contato.

Depois de acessar sua conta, você pode se inscrever em qualquer plano de adesão nesta página.

2.3. É necessário assistir a um Congresso IMCAS para se inscrever no Programa de Adesão IMCAS?

Não é obrigatório assistir a um congresso IMCAS. O Programa de Adesão está disponível para a comunidade global de médicos, e também existe um plano de assinatura adicional para os não médicos.

Se você não deseja participar de nenhum evento presencialmente, os planos mais adequados serão o plano BÁSICO (recursos limitados) ou o plano ESSENCIAL (acesso à biblioteca completa de vídeos da IMCAS Academy, com 5.000 palestras e demonstrações das últimas conferências IMCAS).

2.4. O que é o plano de adesão BASIC ?

Queremos que nossa comunidade aproveite o melhor da educação médica online. É por isso que alguns recursos e vídeos estão disponíveis gratuitamente com o plano de assinatura BASIC.

O plano de assinatura BASIC é o básico quando você cria uma conta no site da IMCAS.

A adesão PREMIUM é assinada por um período inicial fixo de doze (12) meses, com início na data de adesão. A mensalidade é cobrada mensalmente.

Você pode solicitar o cancelamento do plano de adesão PREMIUM a qualquer momento através da sua conta, mas o cancelamento não entrará em vigor até o final do período de compromisso de 12 meses, e todos os valores devidos até essa data continuam a ser exigíveis.

Ao final do período de compromisso de 12 meses, a adesão é renovada automaticamente por um novo período de doze (12) meses nos mesmos termos de preço, a menos que você solicite o cancelamento da assinatura antes da data de vencimento, conforme especificado no e-mail de notificação enviado dois meses antes da renovação.

Por favor, observe que o pagamento pela renovação mensal pode ser cobrado até 7 dias antes da data efetiva de renovação.

2.7. What is the INFINITE membership plan?

The INFINITE membership plan is a monthly plan at 150 euros per month with a 12-month commitment period.
It can be subscribed from the Membership Program page (you must login in first).

The features included in the INFINITE membership plan are:
-access to IMCAS World Congress in Paris within the 12 months of commitment, in-person or remotely
-early booking for IMCAS World Congress to avoid sell-out
-access to the VIP Private Lounge at all IMCAS congresses
-'Meet the expert' courses at all IMCAS congresses (except for Pre-congress courses and Experience Labs)
-Personalized "Infinite Member" physical card granting VIP access to all IMCAS congresses
-congress badge ribbon highlighting "Infinite" status
-access to IMCAS regional congresses (IMCAS Americas, IMCAS Asia, and IMCAS China) within the 12 months of commitment, in-person or remotely
-online profile listed in IMCAS Community
-full IMCAS Academy library of 5,000 videos from the latest IMCAS conferences
-IMCAS Playlists, a selection of handpicked lectures and demonstrations on hot topics and must-sees, constantly updated with fresh content
-weekly webinars (live and on-demand)
-Doc Talks podcasts
-Insider magazine issues
-IMCAS blog
-IMCAS Alert forum (physicians only)

The INFINITE subscription is entered into for an initial fixed term of twelve (12) months beginning on the subscription date. The fee is payable monthly.

You may request the termination of the INFINITE membership plan at any time through your account but such termination will not take effect until the end of 12-month commitment period, and all amounts due up to that date remain payable.

At the end of the 12-month commitment period, in other words on the anniversary date, the subscription is automatically renewed for a new period of twelve (12) months under the same pricing terms, unless you request termination of the subscription before the anniversary date, as specified in the notification email sent 2 months prior renewal.

Please note that the payment for a monthly renewal may be charged up to 7 days before the effective renewal date.

2.8. What is STETIX and how can I add the option to my membership plan?

STETIX is a web partner of IMCAS since January 2026 and provides high-quality demonstration videos on all aesthetic procedures and performed by international experts.
The demonstrations are available on the IMCAS Academy video library, and new demonstrations are published several times a year.

The demonstrations are unlocked by subscribing to the STETIX option at a fee of 29 euros per month. STETIX can only be subscribed as an option to an ESSENTIAL, PREMIUM or INFINITE plan.

You can subscribe to the STETIX option two ways:
-add the STETIX option to your cart together with any of the paid membership plans (ESSENTIAL, PREMIUM, INFINITE) from the IMCAS Membership Program page
-add the STETIX option to your cart later, anytime after you have already subscribed to any of the paid membership plans, from the IMCAS Membership Program page

2.9. I am not a physician, can I subscribe to a membership plan?

Yes, we propose an ESSENTIAL membership plan for non-physicians at 25 euros per month without commitment.

You can subscribe this plan from the membership page (you must login first to see the plan for non-physicians appear).

The features included in the NON-PHYSICIAN ESSENTIAL membership plan are:
-IMCAS Academy library with videos related to anti-aging, cosmeceuticals, peelings, practice management, and future tech
-weekly webinars (live and on-demand)
-Doc Talks podcasts
-Insider magazine issues
-IMCAS blog

Please note that the payment for a monthly renewal may be charged up to 7 days before the effective renewal date.

2.10. Why do I need to submit my medical diploma to validate my subscription?

There are 2 reasons why each member must submit their medical diploma to validate their subscription:

1) IMCAS needs to ensure only physicians access the content designed for physicians (for instance, non-physicians can only subscribe to the NON-PHYSICIAN ESSENTIAL membership plan)
2) IMCAS needs to verify the credentials of plastic surgeons, facial plastic surgeons and oculoplastic surgeons who get additional access to surgical content in the IMCAS Academy video library

You may upload your proof from the diploma verification tab of your account. Once your specialty is verified by our team, you can enjoy the many features of your membership plan!

2.11. How can I upgrade my membership plan?

Once you are logged into your account, you can view your current plan on the membership program page and click on one of the "Upgrade" buttons at the bottom to change your plan.

Please note that payments are processed by credit card or debit card only.

After completing the payment of your upgrade, you will receive a confirmation by email, and your invoice will be available in the membership tab of your account. Then you can enjoy all the added benefits directly on the website!

2.12. How can I renew my membership?

> If you have subscribed to a plan without commitment (ESSENTIAL): your subscription is automatically renewed from one month to another until you cancel the plan (example: if you subscribe to an ESSENTIAL plan on January 3rd, 2026, you will be charged automatically on February 3rd, 2026 and so on).

> If you have subscribed to a plan with a 12-month commitment period (PREMIUM, INFINITE): your subscription is automatically renewed at the anniversary date unless you cancel the plan before that date (example: if you subscribe to a PREMIUM plan on January 3rd, 2026, you are committed until January 3rd, 2027, and your subscription will be automatically renewed on that date, starting another 12-month commitment period until January 3rd, 2028).

> If you have cancelled your subscription and it has expired (BASIC): you can re-subscribe anytime through the membership program page.

2.13. How can I cancel the automatic renewal of my membership plan?

> If you have subscribed to a plan without commitment (ESSENTIAL): you may cancel the plan anytime from the membership tab of your account. Simply click on the button "Cancel your subscription" and your benefits will end at the end of the currently invoiced period.

> If you have subscribed to a plan with a 12-month commitment period (PREMIUM, INFINITE): you must cancel the plan before its anniversary date from the membership tab of your account. Simply click on the button "Cancel your subscription", and this will schedule your plan to end automatically at the end of the commitment period. Please note that you will remain committed until the end of the commitment period.
Nota: if you do not cancel before the anniversary date, the plan will be automatically renewed on the anniversary date, starting a new 12-month commitment period.

2.14. How can I update my payment method?

You may update your card information anytime from the membership tab of your account. Simply click on the button "Update payment method", and update the card information.

2.15. Where can I find my invoices?

Your invoices are available for download anytime on the membership tab of your account.

Nota: invoices are displayed with a maximum of 18-month history.

2.16. My payment did not go through, what can I do?

> If you have subscribed to a plan without commitment (ESSENTIAL):
Your plan is automaticaly cancelled when the payment has failed, and you are notified by IMCAS of the plan termination.
You must re-subscribe with a valid payment method to keep enjoying the ESSENTIAL features.

> If you have subscribed to a plan with a 12-month commitment (PREMIUM, INFINITE):
Your plan is automatically suspended when the payment has failed, and you are notified by IMCAS of the plan suspension.
You remain committed until the end of the commitment period. When you update your billing details with a valid credit card from the membership tab of your account, you will have to settle your arrears for the entire period when you should have been charged.
IMPORTANT: as long as the arrears remain unpaid, access to all IMCAS events and to all IMCAS services will be suspended until the amount due is paid in full. Failure to pay for a membership subscription with a commitment may result in legal action.

2.17. Do you have any discounted price?

We have special offers on the ESSENTIAL membership plan from time to time at IMCAS congresses or at partner events. These offers are limited in time and are reserved to first-time subscribers.

2.18. Is there a discounted price for group subscriptions?

When a group of 10 physicians or more would like to subscribe, they may benefit from a special rate by contacting our team at support@imcas.com.

2.19. How do I use a promotional code?

You must login to your IMCAS account first. Then, select the membership plan you want to subscribe to on the membership program page and fill in the required information. At checkout you will see a "Promotional code" space in which you can enter the code and click "Apply".

2.20. How can I register to an IMCAS congress included in my membership plan?

You must select an attendance option from the membership tab of your account, for each congress which is included in your membership and which is held during your subscription period.

Simply click the button "Registrations included in my membership" and select one of the following options for each event:
-"I will attend in-person"
-"I will attend virtually"
-"I will not attend"

Each event will have its own deadline to submit the attendance option. You can always change your mind and select another attendance option as long as the deadline is not past.

IMPORTANT: if you have already registered to an event before subscribing to a membership plan allowing you to attend that same event without fee, please note that you are not eligible to the refund of your initial registration.

2.21. How can I cancel my participation to an IMCAS congress included in my membership plan?

You must select the corresponding attendance option for the given event from the membership tab of your account. Simply select the answer "I will not attend" for the event(s) you cannot/can no longer attend.
If you can no longer edit your answer because the deadline is past, please notify us at the earliest possible at support@imcas.com to cancel your registration.

IMPORTANT: if you have already registered to an event before subscribing to a membership plan allowing you to attend that same event without fee, please note that you are not eligible to the refund of your initial registration.

3. IMCAS Academy

3.1. What is IMCAS Academy?

IMCAS is a global community, online and in person, with congresses held across Europe, Asia, and South America. And learning continues all year long with IMCAS Academy, our e-learning platform for physicians seeking ongoing education.

IMCAS Academy includes the following features:
-Video library: 5,000 videos of lectures and demonstrations from the latest IMCAS conferences, as well as specialized video playlists per scientific theme
-Weekly webinars (live and on-demand) where you can ask questions to the experts from the comfort of your home
-expert insights through our Doc Talk podcasts
-key updates in our annual magazine, the IMCAS Insider

You can unlock all the video content for only 40 euros per month with the ESSENTIAL membership plan: subscribe anytime from the membership program page.

3.2. Why is access to IMCAS Academy video library not free?

The recording, editing, publishing and regular sorting of all videos year after year, as well as the website support and customer service, represent a substantial amount of work which does not give us the possibility to provide this service for free. The ESSENTIAL membership plan remains very low-priced considering the multiple features of the platform and video access all-year round.

3.3. In what languages are the videos available?

Videos are always available in English, and many of them are also translated in several languages: Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Thai, Russian, French, Italian and Japanese.
You can filter videos by language in the Library, or you can click the flag icons under each video player.
Nota: Some translations may be AI-based.

3.4. I cannot find a video in the library

There are various reasons to why you might not find a video in the Library:

-the video isn't published yet: verifying, editing and publishing videos from congresses that have recently taken place is a long process that can take up to a few months

-the speaker or the sponsoring company did not allow the publication of the video

-the video is archived: to provide our members with the most up-to-date content, we regularly archive videos that are too dated, unless they covered a very "niche" topic and remain relevant throughout the years

3.5. The video doesn’t start, what should I do?

Here is our recommendation for an optimal use of the platform:
-use the latest version of Chrome browser
-clear your browser cache
-refresh the page
-if you have a bad internet connection, lower the quality of the video (settings: lower right corner of the video) for a faster loading (only available on Chrome)
-if you watch another video, do you get the same result?

If the technical issue persists, we invite you to reach our team at support@imcas.com.

In order to help you solve the issue as quickly as possible, please indicate the following in your email:
• The device you are using
• The web browser you are using (Safari, Chrome, etc.)
• The error message displayed if any (take a screenshot)
• The video title or video URL which is not working

3.6. How can I have my videos on the IMCAS Academy platform?

Most videos on IMCAS Academy come from recordings during an IMCAS conference. If you are interested in applying to speak, please refer to the dedicated Speakers FAQ here.

3.7. One of my videos is on the platform, can I ask for a copy of it?

You can request a copy of your video be sending a request to support@imcas.com.

3.8. How do I register for a webinar?

To register to a webinar, go to the upcoming webinars page and click on "Register for free". You will receive a notification confirming that you are registered, and a couple of reminders on D-day.

When the webinar starts, login to your account, go to the webinar page and click "Watch now" to access the video player.

You can ask your questions through the chatbox, they will be received by the moderators and answered during the webinar.

3.9. Is it possible to watch a webinar without an account?

No, logging to your account is mandatory to watch a webinar. You can create an account here for free in just a few minutes.

3.10. If I cannot watch the webinar live, can I watch it later?

Yes, if you have missed the live webinar, you can watch it on the webinars on-demand page within the next few days.

We recommend registering to the webinar even if you know that you won't watch it live, because registrants will be notified by email once the replay video is available.

3.11. How can I become a webinar speaker?

You can submit an abstract and CV/biostatement for the IMCAS Scientific Board's consideration at scientific-academy@imcas.com.

If your abstract is accepted, the Scientific Department will get back to you with the next steps.

3.12. What is the IMCAS Insider Magazine?

The IMCAS Insider is an annual publication released at IMCAS World. Dedicated to highlighting both scientific and human-oriented insights from our community, the magazine features expert interviews, scientific updates, and industry innovations.

Every element of the Insider is executed in-house at IMCAS, from article outlines and in-person interviews to the production and design. Our team interviews, writes, and designs every article, every visual in the magazine. A true passion project, the Insider is proof of our dedication to IMCAS community and spotlighting the brillance and innovation amongst your peers, as well as identifying trends and products that are hitting the market.

3.13. What is the Doc Talk podcast?

Doc Talk is the official IMCAS podcast. As the podcast catchphrase, "Where docs come together to talk shop," Doc Talk brings dermatology, plastic surgery, and aesthetic medicine professionals together for expert conversations on new techniques, innovations, procedures, and emerging trends.

Doc Talk episodes are full interviews conducted on-site at official IMCAS events, such as IMCAS World, IMCAS Americas, and IMCAS Asia. We strive to connect with the leading minds in the field to ensure we not only provide the latest news, but factual information backed by science.

4. IMCAS Community

4.1. What is IMCAS Alert?

IMCAS Alert is the go-to forum for expert advice on safe practice and real-life complication cases.

IMCAS Alert allows you to:
-post your own case anonymously to receive advice from the international community within a few hours
-search by topic/indication/complication and read what's been posted
-join the discussion on any case of your choosing by posting a comment or replying to someone else's

The IMCAS Alert forum is reserved to physicians whose specialty has been verified by IMCAS team.

4.2. How can I join IMCAS Alert?

You must login to your account to enter IMCAS Alert.

Please note that the forum is reserved to physicians whose specialty has been verified by IMCAS team, therefore you may be asked to submit your medical diploma first.

4.3. How can I submit a case on IMCAS Alert?

Once you are logged into yout account, and on the IMCAS Alert page, click the button "Submit your case" and follow the submission steps.

Please provide as many details as possible on the patient history and treatment and do not hesitate to attach pictures.

You can choose to post your case under your name or anonymously.

It is mandatory to post an update of the case after a few weeks and by T +3 months at the latest.

4.4. I'm interested in an IMCAS Alert case, how can I be sure not to miss any updates?

To receive notifications on a specific case, open the case page and click the button "Follow this case" in the top right corner.

4.5. What is the role of the IMCAS Alert Coordinators?

IMCAS Alert Coordinators are entrusted by the IMCAS Scientific Directors to:
-share their knowledge and advice with the forum members
-moderate the discussions if needed
-provide regular feedback to the IMCAS team through calls to keep improving the forum features and quality of discussions

4.6. How can I contribute to the IMCAS blog?

Login to your account and head to the tab "Your contributions" where you will be able to submit an article under your name.

Please note that articles must be written in English and be free of any commercial biais to be eligible for publication.

You will be notified by email of the acceptance status. If the Editorial Department would like to use your work for another media, they will get back to you.
