Objectives: A nonsurgical rhinoplasty, (“liquid nose job”), is a dermal filler (such as Hialuronic Acid) procedure that changes the shape and the structure of the nose temporarily. Hialuronic Acid is inserted underneath the skin in the areas where you wish to create smoother lines or volume. Ideal for patients who are looking to smooth out bumps in their nose or make it look less angular but who aren’t ready for a permanent solution, or cannot have time for the recovery process involved in a rhinoplasty.

The Rhinomoelling with PDO threads is an innovative technique that promises a quick result that is less incapacitating and much safer than hyaluronic acid.

Objectives: Demonstrate that the 4 Points Rhino technique is a simple, easy, safe, effective, fast and long-lasting technique for approaching noses with or without a history of surgical rhinoplasty

Introduction: This will be a presentation of an injectable technique that has 20 years of history, 25,000 cases performed in Buenos Aires. 30% of cases have surgical rhinoplasty. It is currently practiced by more than 5000 doctors from 50 countries, being part of the 4 Points Community.

Materials / method: For the development of this technique, hyaluronic acids of different rheological characteristics and from different laboratories are used.
The technique divides the nose into 4 zones: Radix, Nasion, Tip and Columela.
In addition, this technique is performed exclusively with a 27G needle.
The average hyaluronic acid used per patient is 0.55 ml.
The average time of the procedure is 3-5 minutes.

Results: With the development of this technique, we managed to live up to the current demand of patients who seek non-invasive, subtle, non-permanent changes. In addition, we managed to satisfy the demand of a broader sector of society that cannot afford the economic cost of a surgery or the downtime. Due to the simplicity, practicality and precision of the plane and volume, we also achieve a high degree of safety and satisfaction on the part of the treating physician.

Conclusion: We can determine that, in our own casuistry and in that of the members of the 4 Points Community, non-surgical rhinoplasty has become, in recent years, the greatest aesthetic demand of patients.
Understanding the risks and fears that these bring, the 4-Point technique widely provides injectors with a simple, fast, safe and effective method.

Objectives: assess which are best indications and best technical details to get good results

Introduction: medical Rhinoplasty is a safe and quit effective technique I proposed back in 2008 to reshape the nasal bridge and naso-labial angle and improve the rotation and projection of nasal tip

Materials / method: Hyaluronic acid and Botulinum toxin are used to improve nasal bridge and columellar line. A cannula 25G is normally used. In the presentation all different steps are proposed and fully explained.

Results: Results are immediate, normally good if the indication was good and long lasting

Conclusion: medical rhinoplasty with combined techniques is a safe and effective technique. Indications and materials are crucial to get good results and avoid possible drammatic complications
