Objectives: Durante esta sesión compartire una combinación de técnicas idóneas para la corrección de rostros cuadrados con acido hialuronico , radiofrecuencia , enzimas y otras armas de la Medicina estética para poder lograr un resultado fabuloso con esta forma de rostros cuadrados que son un reto para nosotros .

Objectives: The Keypoints Techinique is divided in 4 STEPS .The use of botulinun toxin, hyaluronic acid, collagen biostimulator, and facial threads, in a smart protocol, with few amounts of product, in intervals of 15 and 30 days at least.
The autor describe his experience in using this substances , showing his natural results. A previous questionary , indicates Gender, Race, Age, Medical status, Previous injections or any other treatments, Aesthetics wishes. So the indication of the treatment follows this protocol
The future of facial treatment is to use less products with more natural results

Introduction: All around the world we have seen lots of patients OVERFILLED OR OVERPULLED, some of them are even caracterized as PILLOW FACES. Thus, the author for the past 5 years is developing a technique called KEYPOINTS, using few amounts of products with more natural results.
The anatomy knowledge of the face is fundamental for the so called injector, therefore we still have a lot to learn about the interaction between the products and the layer where it has been deposit. The study has been conduct with 20 patients, with different complaints .

Materials / method: After the questionary has been fullfilled, The protocol started with STEP 1 ( BOTULINUN TOXIN )- botulift 100 UI, diluted to 2,0cc of saline solution 0,9% , using no more than 50 UI per patient only at the frontal muscle,
The STEP 2 ( HYALURONIC ACID)- Yvoire contour - Higher G PRIME, only 1,0 cc of the substance for each side the face, in bolus, over 8 structural points.,
The STEP 3 (COLLAGEN BIOSTIMULATOR)- Calcium hydroxapatite- CAHA, 1SYRINGE DILUTED in 8,0 cc saline solution, only 4,0 cc for each side
The STEP 4 ( PDO THREADS), 19 G, medthread, only 4 threads for each side

Results: Over the 20 patients, only 2 complained about the results. One patient wanted more volume after STEP 2, so the author decided to leave this patient out of the study, the other complained about the overfilled after STEP 2, so it was used hyaluronidase, to dissolve the filler.
The other patients were complete satisfied

Conclusion: The rational use of injectable at the face must be the beacon of all the new clinical trials. We can no longer accept defformed faces.LESS PRODUCTS IS ALWAYS MORE NATURAL RESULTS.

Objectives: El objetivo de la disertación es entender como y cuando aplicar las distintas técnicas para el rejuvenecimiento y definición del tercio inferior del rostro.

Introduction: El entendimiento de la involución y/o deficiencias del macizo óseo, la perdida de las estructura, los volúmenes deficitarios y la importancia del reposicionamiento de los tejidos blandos nos ayuda a analizar cuando y cual relleno de ac hialuronico utilizar, que bioestimuladores dilución, profundidad y técnica a implementar. Y las combinaciones con tecnología de uso médico, ideales según el inesteticismo a corregir, realzando y sinergizando los resultados en pos de un aspecto jovial, natural y seguro.

Materials / method: Se presentan distintos casos clínicos en los cuales se demuestra el uso de Criolipólisis + MFU-V, Radiofrecuencia ablativa de última generación, toxinas en el tercio inferior y técnicas ideales de aplicación de los relleno de AH y de CAHA. Buscando la contención del descolgamiento de los tejidos blandos secundario en parte a la perdida de la estructura ósea.

Results: Presentación de diversos casos clínicos desafiantes, con resultados muy satisfactorios tanto en pacientes jóvenes como en pacientes muy mayores

Conclusion: El éxito del abordaje terapéutico en un plan de rejuvenecimiento del tercio inferior debe empezar con un correcto análisis y entendimiento de la involución que presentan los pacientes en sus estructuras óseas, compartimientos grasos como así también fascias, comportamiento muscular y piel. Trabajando en las combinaciones adecuadas, dentro de un plan de tratamiento customizado a las necesidades del paciente
