Objectives: Hypertrophic scars, keloids, atrophic scars are common dermatological concerns that can significantly impact patients' quality of life. Recent advancements in the understanding of polynucleotides have opened new avenues for effective management and prevention of these scar types. Polynucleotides, with their regenerative properties, promote cellular proliferation, collagen synthesis, and tissue remodeling, thereby enhancing the healing process, reducing scar formation and improving the appearance of existing scars.
