Objectives: Low invasive techniques with a short rehabilitation period became the basis of modern aesthetic medicine. In our daily practice we use methods for a restoration of volume loss for an aging faces and a creation of additional volume for the young faces, an improvement of the skin properties, a muscle relaxation. One of the most important problem is a low invasive, safe and effective lifting of the tissues.

Introduction: The appearance on the aesthetic market of threads based on polydioxanone, a poly-L-lactic acid and a polycaprolacton with a different types of conductors allowed us to provide low-traumatic and predictable results. It’s very important to understand a difference between behavior of the polymers used for thread lifting to avoid complications and to be able to provide the most effective solution
for the patient.

Materials / method: - PDO, PLLA, PCL threads
- Injectable lidocaine 1% with adrenaline
- Antiseptic solution for skin
- Sterile gloves, sterile field, sterile gause, needle 18G, steri-strips
- Sterile scissors

Results: During the presentation an application of threads on various conductors (a sharp needles, a blunt needle, L-cannula, W-cannula), an algorithms for their combination with each other and with other injection techniques will be discussed.

Conclusion: Thread lifting is a minimally invasive, effective procedure with a predictable result. The use of modern conductors reduces the risk of complications, and knowledge of the characteristics of various polymers will allow to individualize a therapy by choosing the optimal combination of threads.

Objectives: knowledge of facial anatomy is the real guidelin e for facial rejuvenation

Introduction: Retaining ligaments and fat pads are playing a great role in facial aging.
They separate in the subcutaneous layer facial fat compartments.
They are distributed in locations that determine different special places and layers
They include periorbital,temporal,cheeks zygomatic and masseteric, and mandibular.
The ligaments create with the fibrous septa different plans like superficial and deep .and will stabilize the soft tissue . and allow to choose between different dissection plans.`

Materials / method: Facial aging results in combination of loss of volume
Descent and modification of soft tissue (fat pads) and ptosis (modification of the action of retaining ligaments)
The knowledge of those landmarks allow the choice of surgical procedure; choice of depth,choice of type of dissection of the different ligaments in order to obtain the optimal plication or flap. For lifting or tightening effect

Results: On the other hand knowledge of anatomy will be a great help in other less invasive procedures . loss of volume and modifications of the different fat pads will be counterbalanced by the use of fillers
another very interesting procedure in facial technique of rejuvenation are the suspension threads.In order not get the most natural results, insertion and paths of threads will follow the anatomic patterns of the retaining ligament without any dissection.
This is true as well for eyebrowlift ,zygomato malar repositioning,cheeks and mandibular jowls.

Conclusion: Anatomy knowledge will definitely help in the choice of procedure and the final result in order to get the most natural aspect with a maximum of confidence

Objectives: Aim: Thread lift is in vogue as a viable alternative to surgical face lifts. However, with the choice of cogs and cones one gets so confused. In ever conference there is a constant battle between the proponents of cogs vs the proponents of cones. The purpose of this presentation is to high light the importance of the combination technique of using both cogs and cones in same person for the longevity and stronger pull

Introduction: Discussion: In last, few years thread lift has gain a lot of popularity with different types of threads in the market. The concept of using threads are that it will pull either the fat, if cones are used which will indirectly pull along the skin to re-drape itself. Or it will pull on the skin (in case of cogs) and the fat will be pulled along with it.
In last two to three years lot of debates have been going on between the two types of threads in all forums including IMCAS. The author does not find any conflicts between the two types of threads rather finds a synergistic effect if done toget

Materials / method: Methods & Material: In every patient who needed thread lift a combination of both cones and cogs were used. The cones were placed in the subcutaneous layer in order to reposition the fat, while the cogs were placed just under dermis, in the upper layer of subcutaneous. Touching the dermis lower layers to pull the skin.

Results: Results: The author, believes that the result is much better and have a stronger pull that last longer. He has been using this now for over 12 months but the results seem to be much better than his previous experiences.

Conclusion: In conclusion, the cones and cogs can produce a better results if they are used in combination rather than they pitched against each other.

Objectives: To share knoledges in threadlifting methods

Introduction: More and more up-to-date advanced procedures are necessary to satisfy morden picky and demanding customers. In our practice, we haveall types of plastic and aesthetic surgery, but most of the patients prefer to choose surgical procedures with sort and fast rehabilitation period. We (plastic surgeons) notice significant progress in our techniques for facial rejuvenation and observed a long-term rehabilitation period. But, in my opinion, the aggressive and sophisticated surgical techniques do not guarantee long lasting results. Therefore, in some cases, we have a streamlined procedure with a short rehabilitation period and good result. Patients are willing to undergo such treatment once every three years.

Materials / method: I propose a technique which (by its results) is comparable with such techniques as "cheek lift", lipofilling, "max-lift", "Hollywood lift", etc. But the rehabilitation period after my surgery is virtually absent. The material used for this treatment is surgical sutures (Polyamid thread with anti-bacterial covering), which I fix to the periosteum of zygomaticus bone and procerrus mastoideus. Reverden needle helps me to go through the tissues.

Results: Using this technique, I put up fat compartments, imbricate facial soft tissue, tighten the middle zone of the face and eliminate the length of the lid cheek junction. As a result - lifting of the middle face and correction of jaw line.

Conclusion: This technique is easy to use for specialists and can bea method of choice among similar mini-invasive threadlifting methods.
