Combined buttock augmentation - Sub muscular implants and fat grafting: how we do it
Objectives: There are various options of implant placement in the buttocks - sub muscular, intra muscular and epi muscular - all with it's ones benefits and downside.
With the common downside of limited body contouring in the a-p view. In order to achieve filling of the hip dips and a mor hour-glass shape, all these techniques benefit from additional fat grafting. We demonstrate out approach in combined sub muscular implant buttock augmentation with fat grafting and the evolution over the years
