Objectives: Introduction of new procedure called MZ Cat Eye Lift and its explicit features Introduction: There has been a recent resurgence in cat eye lift. A new procedure MZ Cat Eye Lift is introduced and various surgical techniques are reviewed for their applicability in MZ Cat Eye Lift process; discussing its pros and cons. Materials / method: Source from senior author's personal experience and a narrative review of literature was also performed. Results: To perform MZ Cat Eye Lift, combination of direct temporal brow lift +/- lateral canthoplasty, or combination of endoscopic brow lifting can be used. Surgical techniques should be tailored according to desired outcome and limited by patient's anatomy. Conclusion: A new and more comprehensive brow lift process named ‘MZ Cat Eye lift’ is introduced. Due to its versatile features, it requires a combination of different surgical techniques that should be applied the same time.
