Oncological patient in aesthetic medicine: what is allowed and what should not be done
Objectives: Improving the outer look to return as closely as possible to the appearance before the illness is a crucial factor for oncological patients in remission.
Introduction: Safe procedures can be performed if the patient is not undergoing active chemotherapy. After that period, aesthetic medicine procedures can significantly improve the quality of skin in oncological patients.
However, to ensure the safety and well-being of oncological patients, caution must be exercised when considering aesthetic medicine procedures.
Conclusion: The presentation will describe which treatments and product compositions are safe for oncological patients and which are strongly prohibited or not allowed due to their pro-inflammatory properties.
