Objectives: The objective is to elucidate the various factors that may diminish the effectiveness of thread lifting and offer a comprehensive guide to enhance the overall outcome. Introduction: Thread lifting has become increasingly popular; however, it's not uncommon to hear about dissatisfied patients and even disheartened doctors. In this presentation, the author analyzes the factors influencing the outcome of thread lifting and provides advices on how to enhance its effectiveness. Materials / method: With over a decade of hands-on experience in threadlifting, both as a practitioner and a trainer in thread technology, the author summarizes tips and tricks for this method. Results: A precise analysis of the patient's conditions and the correction of weak points contribute to achieving a better outcome. Conclusion: Thread lifting is an indispensable method in modern aesthetics. Addressing all potential factors that could compromise the aesthetic outcome and correcting them is the key to meeting patients' expectations and achieving personal satisfaction.
