摘要

Objectives: The objective of this talk is to evaluate the latest updates in the field of non surgical body contouring. Introduction: Various technologies have evolved and have been developed in the last 20 years in the field of aesthetics for non surgical body contouring.The idea of this talk is to understand the latest updates in this field. Materials / method: Technologies evaluated includes Monopolar and Bipolar radiofrequency,Cryolipolysis,HIFEM and ultrasound. Results: Most technologies do work and some gives a little more better results than the other depending on the area treated and certain concerns of the patient. Conclusion: Notably no technology alone provides optimal results and its a combination of various technologies plus a healthy diet which eventually gives a long term satisfactory result.
