Objectives: Introduction of a novel non-surgical penis enhancement technique. Relevant anatomy, technique, product choice, and potential complications will be discussed. Introduction: Interest in male-focused treatments has dramatically increased over the past decade as social acceptance, fueled by social media, has rapidly increased. As a result, new products and treatments tailored specifically to this demographic have emerged in almost every category, including male enhancement. We present a novel and ideal non-surgical solution for penis enlargement called BIGSHOT. Materials / method: BIGSHOT TM is the application of platelet-rich gel matrix (PRGM) to the penis shaft, a composite gel consisting of hyaluronic acid (HA) filler mixed with platelet-rich plasma (PRP). This gel is natural, low risk, rapidly available, and completely reversible like HA fillers, however, it lasts for several years. Results: The longevity of BIGSHOT is attributed to the collagenesis that is produced by the mixture. It has the ability to sculpt a thicker and longer shaft while flaccid, an effect that is further increased during an erection. With this technique, HA filler can also be injected around the glans to create balance and proportion. While enhancements are impressive, there is no change in sensitivity or performance. There are minimal complications and risks. The procedure takes around 30 minutes to complete. Pain is minimal and normal sexual activity can be resumed after 3-4 days. Conclusion: BIGSHOT may indeed represent the most ideal solution for non-surgical male enhancement to date.
