Objectives: OBJECTIVE: To describe a technique of volumizing labia majora post surgical labiaplasty of labia minora to increase patient satisfaction and produce more uniform results. Hybrid filler produces more uniform and immediate results than Calcium Hydroxylapatite only Introduction: BACKGROUND: Established efficacy and safety profile of blending Hyaluronic acid with Calcium Hydroxylapatite or CaHA or facial indications. Increasingly, there are reports of off-label use of fillers to labia majora to volumize the area without or without surgical procedure. Materials / method: METHODS: Description of the technique of labia majora rejuvanation with hybrid filler techniques combining Hyaluronic acid with Calcium Hydroxylapatite or CaHA. Describing in detail the technique with a precise video. Describing who are the ideal candidates for this treatment and what results should be expected. Describing of post injection advices and potential complications. Results: RESULTS: Patient benefits: immediate volumization because of the Hyaluronic Acid with higher initial satisfaction and longevity of results with Hyaluronic acid with Calcium Hydroxylapatite are attractive. This technique is a complementary procedure to surgical labiaplasty for patients looking for more volume and skin tightening effect on labia majora. Conclusion: CONCLUSION: Benefits of the hybrid filler can be applied to body indications, specifically rejuvenation of labia majora. Future studies should address the long term results with the Hybrid fillers technique for labia majora, given the growing interest in genital rejuvenation and non surgical options.
