Objectives: The author effectively evaluates the beauty seeker before surgery, using the the "future" aesthetic evaluation method, with which guide clinical operations.Through injection,the Facial aging problem in the middle and lower parts has been solved in multiple dimensions and aspects,with a total of over 200 clinical cases. And a clinical summary will be presented here. Introduction: With age, Orientals have a gradual change in facial features, such as bone resorption, enlarged ligamentous spaces, skin laxity, and accumulation of superficial fat pads that move inward and downward. These changes directly lead to a series of superimposed aging phenomena in the middle and lower parts of the face. For more than 20 years, we have been battling "aging" by applying a lot of HA or PCL or fat fillers to the face to achieve a youthful state. In recent years, we have identified a number of complications that we call "overfilling syndrome". Materials / method: For "overfilling syndrome", comprehensive treatment such as laser, botulinum toxin, lytic enzymes, and glucocorticoids is used to restore the thinness of the patient's face according to different causes. Results: With this complete aesthetic evaluation system and comprehensive treatment plan, we have successfully achieved remarkable results in 200+ beauty seekers. Conclusion: Overfill syndrome is a kind of excessive medical treatment under the deformity of aesthetics, in the process of treatment, we not only have to solve the patient's bloated face in practice, but also to establish a correct aesthetic for them.
