Needle free injector to treat STRETCH MARK using CaHA
Objectives: Stretch marks on the abdomen were treated using a needle-less syringe. The effect was very good, and it was faster, more accurate, and more effective than manual injection.
To evaluate the effectiveness, histological changes, and collagen quality of CaHA filler injections for treating abdominal stretch marks using the needle-free injector.
Introduction: Stretch marks post-pregnancy are a common concern. This study investigates the use of CaHA filler injections with the CureJet needle-free injector to enhance collagen regeneration in stretch marks. The CureJet device uses magnetic power to deliver injections at a rate of 10 injections per second, ensuring consistent and precise injection depth.
Materials / method: 25 women with abdominal stretch marks received CaHA filler injections (1.5cc Radiesse + 15cc saline) monthly for three sessions using the CureJet needle-free injector. The diluted CaHA solution was frequently shaken during the injection process to ensure even distribution. The CureJet device, utilizing magnetic power, delivers injections at a rate of 10 injections per second, providing consistent and precise injection depth.
After injection, skin roughness was measured.
Results: Data analysis will include pre- and post-treatment skin roughness comparisons, dermal thickness via ultrasound, and histological evaluations. These assessments will provide insights into the effectiveness of the treatments and the quality of collagen regeneration.
Conclusion: This study aims to provide scientific evidence on the effectiveness of CaHA filler injections for abdominal stretch marks using the needle-free injector.
Findings will highlight improvements in scar appearance and collagen formation, offering valuable data for optimizing stretch mark treatment strategies.
