Objectives: Identify the main advantages of hyaluronic acid injection in penoplasty, such as precision, modularity, and the durability of results. Understand the various indications for this procedure, such as penile augmentation, the treatment of locker room syndrome, and premature ejaculation. Apply the specific technical knowledge necessary to achieve natural and durable results in penoplasty using hyaluronic acid injections Introduction: Since 2000, hyaluronic acid injections in the context of penoplasty have become an essential technique in aesthetic surgery. This method, safely performed in a medical office, has demonstrated its effectiveness by providing results that are natural, customizable, and long-lasting. With growing demand, this procedure offers simple and suitable solutions to various issues such as penile augmentation, locker room syndrome, and premature ejaculation. Materials / method: Materials: Cross-linked hyaluronic acid Hyaluronidase 18G cannula, minimum length 100mm Standardized Method: Two sessions spaced one month apart Grid technique Description of entry points Injection site and verification of the injection location Results: Durable, modifiable, and natural. Circumference gain nearly on demand. Disappearance of locker room syndrome complex in more than 90% of cases. Improvement of premature ejaculation in approximately 50% of cases. Enhancement of skin coverage in penile implants. Improvement in erection. Length gain during erection. Complications: less than 3%, all reversible. Conclusion: These 25 years of practice in penoplasty through hyaluronic acid injections on more than 3000 patients have proven to me the effectiveness and safety of this method.
