Objectives: Goals. 1)create a natural correction that doesn’t interfere with facial activity using non-cross linked products, 2) to achieve a prolonged rejuvenation effect followed by a smooth regression, 3) to develop a course of injection therapy for complex areas that doesn’t complicate surgical or laser rejuvenation in the future. The presence of new products allows us to minimize cross-linked products in these areas. The use of peptide complexes, PDRN-complex, HA using certain injection techniques, we achieve natural result. The effect should be not only visual, but therapeutic. Introduction: Trends towards natural rejuvenation and correction have been noted for quite a long time, but the therapy of diffucult areas - perioral and periorbital - remains not in the best traditions in most cases due to the anatomical features of these areas. Properly planned injection correction, as not a one-time procedure, but as an course of therapy, can maintain and enhance the skin's regenerative reserve and keep it in good condition for many years. Materials / method: Consecutive or simultaneous use of various products intended not so much to restore lost volumes as to restore structures. Products with specific peptides, modified hyaluronic acid, and PDRN complexes have this effect. Light, partially stabilized products give a good effect in the perioral zone, but often an unpredictable result in the periorbit zone, which is of great importance for preventing mistakes. The injection techniques can also significantly affect the result. Results: After several procedures, the effect of improving skin quality, reducing folds and wrinkles is visible, based on the correct choice of product and techniques in relation to the product . The effect becomes more stable and pronounced during a combined therapy. Conclusion: Modern tendency and our target: beautiful and natural result shoul be not only visual, but also therapeutic. Thus, we will be able to improve this zone and minimize the negative risks with in the future.
