Objectives: Contrary to popular belief, aesthetic medicine is not only about taking care of superficiality, improving beauty defects, raising self-esteem and expressing financial wealth. It gives a lot of tools that properly applied will give what „standard” medicine can not – chance for normal functioning and recovery . Introduction: Aesthetic proctology uses the existing medical activities in the field of aesthetic medicine, which significantly accelerate the healing process, they reduce pain and allow you to perform treatments in an outpatient mode, which significantly affects the maintenance of an atmosphere of intimacy during treatments. In addition, it gives new treatment options and complements standard surgical procedures. Materials / method: Presentation of clinical cases of my patients who have used aesthetic medicine procedures in the treatment of proctological diseases Results: Visible in the presented clinical cases, in which a significant acceleration of the healing process was obtained, a reduction in the time of return to normal functioning and full health Conclusion: The use of aesthetic medicine procedures in proctology significantly accelerates the healing and tissue repair processes. It gives the possibility of a faster recovery and gives hope to people in whom standard surgical treatment is insufficient
