Objectives: To share clinical experience with male gluteal augmentation using fully cross-linked HA, highlighting the injection technique, procedural safety, and aesthetic outcomes achieved in treated patients. Introduction: The aesthetic demand for a more defined and proportionate male gluteal contour has been increasing in clinical practice. The use of fully cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) for gluteal enhancement presents a safe and effective non-surgical alternative, offering immediate and natural results. This technique is gaining traction as a viable option for patients seeking augmentation without the risks associated with invasive surgical procedures. Materials / method: The procedure was performed in the subcutaneous plane using a fully cross-linked HA filler designed for body contouring. The application was carried out with cannulas following a predefined anatomical mapping based on individual patient needs. The injected volume was tailored to enhance the gluteal shape while maintaining proportional and natural-looking results. Results: Patients reported high satisfaction with the improvement in gluteal projection and firmness. The technique was well tolerated, with minimal side effects and no major complications. The results remained stable over the following months, demonstrating the durability and effectiveness of the procedure. Conclusion: Clinical experience suggests that fully cross-linked HA is a reliable option for male gluteal enhancement, offering a non-invasive solution with consistent and satisfactory outcomes.
