Objectives: Facial Feminization Surgery is a comprehensive set of Cosmetic Facial Surgical procedures aimed to soften the facial features to enhance the femininity of an individual. The lecture would enlighten the Facial Surgeons to a whole new perspective of approaching a transgender or a cisgender who is looking out to feminize his/her face. This lecture would contain small clips of surgical procedures that can be easily grasped to incorporate in a facial cosmetic surgeons practice. The lecture would also include a few modifications by the author that can enhance the overall outcome of the surgery. Introduction: Facial feminization surgery (FFS) is a set of surgical procedures that aims to alter or soften the facial features of an individual to make them appear more feminine. These procedures either a few or all are often sought by transgender women but many times are also requested by females to enhance their femininity. A comprehensive set of FFS procedures would include : Forehead & browbone contouring, Hair line lowering, Hair Transplant, Browlift, Rhinoplasty, Cheek augmentation, lip lift, Jaw and chin contouring, Fat grafting, Adams apple reduction.
