Objectives: Hyaluronic acid fillers have been widely used in the last two decades for treating the signs of ageing in a face as well as for beautifying key features like eyes, nose, and the periorsl reg. In the earlier years we started by tackling single indications like laugh lin, but experience has shown face cannot be treated piecemeal fot best and most natural results. We combine outer face correction for facelifting and inner face beautification. By this method we give progressive and natural results . Introduction: With age the face shows soft tissue resorption,mobilization of soft tissue inferiorly and medially and depletion of the bony support.As a result of this the face develops laxity that results in broadening of the lower face resulting in an aged appearance and loss of lower face definition,exaggeration of nasolabial bulge , deepening of nasolabial fold and accentuation of the lip droop.The inward tissue migration results in bulging lateral to the marionette line, exaggeration of jowls.To reverse these changes we used HA fillers to treat the outer face followed by the inner face beautification. Materials / method: Thorough facial assessment is done to study migration of soft tissue from mid to lower face and Blunting of facial features like Lip, Jaw line, N/L lines and peri orbital anatomy.Based this we formulate a plan.For youthful look we reposition the soft tissue using filler all along the periphery of the face. For beautification our aim is to rectify changes around eyes mouth and nose with HA filler injections. To lift outer face and middle face lift ,correct central face,Jawline definition and temple lift so total of 8-12ml filler is required.The quantity can vary from person to person. Results: With the right facial assessment and a good technique hyaluronic fillers reverse outer face ageing signs and help in beautification of central face by enhancing facial features. Conclusion: For a 360-degree facial rejuvenation we need to do antiageing with lateral lift and beautification of central face by enhancing facial features-like eyes, lips, nose, and chin.
