Two of them treated for vaginal flatulence, they showed significant improvement after the first session. Five (5) postmenopausal patients had significant improvement after three (3) sessions for vaginal laxity. (3/5) showed improvement for vaginal dryness from the first session, and the other two were improved by adding PRP and (HA). (92) ninety two patients were treated for vaginal laxity. After each session vaginal width decreased from 0.5 - 1.5 cm. or one finger by digital exam. 总结: Three patients mentioned that they used to complain of urinary frequency and noticeably improved from the first session. (Incidental finding) sexual sensation was improved in the majority from the first session. Only two started to improve from the second session. One patient complained of vaginal spotting directly after the session. Vaginal HIFU is still anew technology with limited data and studies.
