Integrating Laser Technologies, Microfocused Ultrasound, Injectable Hyaluronic Acid, and Exosome Therapy for One-Day Comprehensive Skin Rejuvenation
目标: To assess the safety of combining advanced laser technologies (589 nm, 675 nm, 1440 nm), microfocused ultrasound, injectable hyaluronic acid, and exosome therapy administered in one comprehensive treatment session.
To evaluate the efficacy of this multimodal protocol in improving multiple signs of skin aging, including pigmentation irregularities, skin texture, loss of firmness, and hydration.
To measure patient satisfaction and subjective outcomes following the combined treatment, focusing on comfort, perceived improvements, and downtime.
介绍: Skin aging is a multifactorial process characterized by changes in pigmentation, texture, collagen degradation, vascular alterations, and loss of elasticity. Traditional rejuvenation treatments often require multiple sessions spread over weeks or months, posing challenges for patient compliance and timely results. Recent advances in aesthetic medicine have introduced a variety of modalities—such as laser therapies targeting specific chromophores, microfocused ultrasound for collagen remodeling, injectable hyaluronic acid for hydration and firmness, and exosome therapy to promote cellular regen
材料 / 方法: Participants
A small cohort of adult participants presenting with mild to moderate signs of facial skin aging, including pigmentation irregularities, fine lines, and reduced skin firmness, were enrolled. All participants provided informed consent.
Photographic skin analysis was performed using to document baseline skin conditions.
Preparation:
A facial cleanser was administered to cleanse the skin and enhance receptivity to subsequent treatments. Numbing cream was applied for 30 minutes to ensure patient comfort.
Intravenous Therapy:
While undergoing facial treatment, participants received IV
结果: Skin analysis revealed substantial enhancements in multiple key parameters following the integrated 1319 nm laser treatment and adjunctive modalities. The data showed marked improvement in skin texture with visibly smoother surface profiles, reflecting a reduction in fine lines and wrinkles. Pore size was significantly decreased, contributing to a more refined skin appearance. Oiliness levels were reduced, indicating better sebum regulation and a less shiny complexion. Overall skin evenness was improved, with diminished irregular pigmentation and a more uniform tone evident across treated area
总结: This exploratory case series demonstrates the feasibility and potential efficacy of combining laser technologies, microfocused ultrasound, injectable hyaluronic acid, and exosome therapy into a one-day comprehensive skin rejuvenation protocol. The multimodal approach offers accelerated, synergistic improvements in skin quality with high patient satisfaction and minimal downtime, representing a promising advancement in aesthetic dermatology.
